I have a billing question

If you are wondering about a charge on your credit card or bank statement, you may look up your transaction history by completing the steps below:

  1. Hover over the Settings button in the upper right hand corner.
  2. Click the My Account button from the drop down menu.
  3. Locate Account Status, then click the View Account Status link.
  4. On the next screen, click the More Account Status Changes link.

The current status of the account appears along with the Transaction (Payment) History.
