A little about me...

I'm the lucky mom of two wonderful grown children, a granddaughter, a grandpug, and a silly kitty. If you read the description of a Cancer (moon child) you will learn a great deal about me: Emotional and loving, intuitive and imaginative, shrewd and cautious, protective and sympathetic. I do not hike, bike, or pretend to enjoy camping. I love nature, enjoy being on or near the water, but can't claim to be outdoorsy. Not a fan of facial hair, tattoos, Harleys, or Nascar. I don't understand the current obsession with exercise, I prefer napping. I have the good fortune to work from home, but as a result, I seriously need to get out more ;-) I'm good with money, I would just like to have more of it to work with--haha!

About the one I'm looking for...

I take pleasure in dining out, eating in, movies, live theater, concerts, museums, and farmer's markets in the summer. I love to talk and laugh, so I value a partner who can communicate, articulate, and laugh near me (hopefully not so much at me). There is nothing more charming than a man with gracious manners, one who has wisdom earned through wonderful experiences, but who knows he still has much to learn. I so appreciate proper grammar, good grooming, and good shoes!

I'd just like to add...

I cherish God and family, honesty and loyalty. I would love to have someone to worship with, enjoy music and theater with, and hey if he's comfortable in the kitchen, woo-hoo! I have had the privilege to travel a bit and look forward to doing more. Would be great fun to find someone with whom to share that. P.S. Please don't be offended, but I don't respond to flirts, smokers, or married men. Also, hoping to meet someone local unless you are considering moving to this area, of course!
