A little about me...

I enjoy playing golf. I prefer the outdoors to indoors. I have a good sense of humor, I am honest, loyal and a good listener.. A good hearty laugh is good for the soul.I like to travel, a pretty good slow dancer, like many styles of music including oldies,country and some of the current popular songs. I enjoy animals and I have a dog who is a great companion.Financially stable. Been retired for 6 years. I attend a non-denonimal church, and consider myself a good Christian, but with room to improve. Romantic in the right circumstances. A meat and potatos kind of guy.My zip code states Glencoe, but I live in Wildwood on 3 acres. Lots of deer, turkeys ( the animal kind, not the human kind) and I plant lots of flowers in Spring and Summer. I enjoy working outdoors and seeing things grow. I also have a condo in Fort Myers, Florida in a golf community where I spend some of the winter to escape the cold and dreary St. Louis winters.

About the one I'm looking for...

Looking for someone who enjoys the outdoors, golf or other outdoor sports, or just a walk in the park. Must have a good sense of humor, would like to travel. Must be "slender in build", a good listener and likes to exercise regularly. Prefer someone who attends church servicesis, religous but not to an extreme. Must be romantic and would like to walk, hold hands and just talk about whatever feels right. Social drinking is okay,an occassional glass of wine or a cocktail, but not someone who drinks to an extreme. Please include pictures, without them, no response.

Relationships must be honest and sincere with no fears of saying the wrong thing. Flexability is another needed trait, and common interests make a relationship comfortable.

I would rather be outside than inside. I love tp play golf, and work in my yard and garden on the 3 acres that I live on.

 

Fitness

 

I think fitness is essentilal in maintaining a healthy mind and body. I do upper body exercises with weights as well as walk routinely with my dog.

 

Family and Friends

 

Even though my wife passed away in the recent past, I have a very strong relationship with my 2 children and 6 grandkids. My family and friends have been the rock that I leaned on when my wife passed away, all of whom were there when I needed them.
