A little about me...

I'm considerate and looking for similar. I understand the walls we surround ourselves with--to prevent being used. Self sufficient and independent yet I prefer to have friends and companions. I take a little time to get emotionally involved and like to build good relationships. I give but have learned not to give too much right away. Lived in Vegas for a while. For now, my home is about 450 miles north. I'm working on a MODEST level of fitness and trimming off a couple of inches. Reading those books I never got to.

About the one I'm looking for...

Someone that grows into a better friend. A man who can cook a meal, run an errand, carry on a two-way conversation--or two out of three? Someone who realizes that conversations, or perhaps I should say the subject of conversations, need to be redone--perhaps first a light conversation, another time a bit more on the same subject, and another time after thought.
